A package for this home.
A custom plan deserves more than a standard shade in every room. We help match coverings to the architecture, daylight and client preferences, with a clear selection process your team can include in the build.

Our builder partnership includes free show-home drapery, a design-studio display and partner-only pricing with room for your own markup.
A custom plan deserves more than a standard shade in every room. We help match coverings to the architecture, daylight and client preferences, with a clear selection process your team can include in the build.
Our Edmonton workroom makes custom drapery and Roman shades. We pair those fabric choices with branded blinds, shades and motorized options where they suit the room, keeping the layers and hardware coordinated.
Free show-home drapery and a design-studio display help clients picture the result. Partner-only pricing lets you include window coverings in your own upgrade offer and set a markup that works for your business.
Working together
Clients have spent months choosing materials and planning how their home will feel. Window coverings should belong in that conversation. We help your team bring fabric, privacy and operation into the design early, rather than leave the homeowner with bare windows and another project after possession.

Share the plans and the rooms that matter most to your client. We discuss light, privacy, fabric direction and the architecture together. Early conversations help identify windows where shade choices, drapery tracks or motorization need coordination with the wider build.
We help your client and design team compare materials and room-by-room options. A display in your design studio supports those decisions alongside the home's other finishes. We provide the partner pricing so you can present a clear window-covering package with your own markup.
Once selections are approved, we confirm dimensions, mounting details and the scope with your team. Fabrication and installation are planned around the actual build progress. Electrical preparation and any specialist integration are agreed early rather than discovered when the coverings arrive.
Working together
Keep a coherent palette without choosing the same covering everywhere.
Full-height drapery can soften a large living room and connect with the home's fabric palette. Sheers and lined panels offer different light and privacy choices.
We help choose the heading, fabric and track together, with room for the panels to open properly rather than crowd the view or a frequently used door.
Explore the optionsBedrooms often need more evening privacy and darker mornings than the rest of the home. Blackout shades, lined drapery or a combination may suit the client's priorities.
We explain what each layer does and where edge gaps can still admit light. A blackout fabric is not a promise that every fitted window becomes completely dark.
Explore the optionsA Roman shade brings a tailored fabric finish to a smaller room or a window where full-length drapery is not the right fit. Roller, cellular and other shades offer different looks and operation.
We compare the alternatives by room, so the kitchen, study and guest rooms still feel connected to the wider design.

Window decisions can affect more than the fabric choice.
Tall glazing and wide openings need products suited to their dimensions. Some windows work better with several coverings than one oversized shade.
We review the available ranges and operation with your team. The client's view, access for installation and future use all matter alongside the appearance.
Explore the optionsMotorized drapery and shades can make a custom home easier to use, especially where manual operation is awkward. We compare the controls available for the selected products.
Power and smart-home compatibility are discussed with the builder, electrician and integrator before final decisions. Not every manufacturer or motor connects to every system.
Explore the optionsCeiling-mounted drapery, recessed tracks and shades behind panels need space to work together. We can discuss the intended finish while ceiling and wall details are still being planned.
Your builder confirms the supporting construction and site conditions. We confirm the covering and hardware details within our agreed scope, rather than assume a photograph proves the fit.
Working together
Make window coverings part of the purchase conversation.
We provide free drapery for builder-partner show homes. The fabric and finish are planned with you to show how a completed window complements the home's architecture.
We identify any additional blinds, motors or services separately, so your team can see what is included in the show-home arrangement.
We provide a display where your clients can compare materials as they choose the rest of their home finishes. A clear selection range helps them decide what they want in each room.
If their interior designer is involved, we can work with that direction too. The display supports the conversation; it does not limit every home to one fixed look.
Explore the optionsPartner-only pricing allows you to set your own selling price and earn a product margin. You can offer the selected coverings as part of the home purchase rather than a separate post-possession order.
Including the cost in a mortgage remains subject to the purchase agreement and the client's lender. We provide window coverings, not financing.

To make the most of your consultation, it helps to have a general sense of your window or door width, ceiling height and how you would like the covering to operate. Photos of the space are helpful but not required. If you are early in the process, that is fine. We will guide you through it.
