Understanding Alustra construction
The Alustra name offers distinctive fabric and finish choices, yet each style functions differently. We help you choose the right construction for your home's needs.
Architectural Roller
These shades use fabric-covered contoured battens to create a structural rhythm. The material rolls cleanly, clearing obstacles like handles, rather than stacking like a conventional Roman shade at your window's top.
Woven Textures Roller
This family features design-led woven textiles from Lori Weitzner in a refined rolling format. It provides a sophisticated alternative to standard blinds, offering coordinated hardware and elegant top treatment options.
Woven Textures Roman
The Roman family offers a classic folded appearance with globally sourced fabrics. We can add an independent liner to enhance your light control and privacy while maintaining the beautiful face textile.
