Delivery Areas & Transit Times

Canada & Continental United States

Delivery timelines are provided as good-faith estimates and may vary. Customers must be available to receive their delivery. Morningside is not responsible for delays once an order has shipped, including any loss, damage, cost, or expense resulting from delayed transit.

We are unable to ship to post office boxes. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, additional items cannot be added. Evening or weekend delivery may incur additional fees and is not guaranteed to be available.

Standard Shipping

Estimated 7–14 business days in transit

Standard Shipping includes delivery to the threshold, defined as the first dry area, garage, or lobby/service area of a multi-unit building. Shipments sent via small-parcel carriers may require a signature upon delivery. For Canadian orders, Standard Shipping is a curb-side delivery service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once items have left our warehouse, including in cases of damage or defect during transit. Any additional charges imposed by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer. These may include, but are not limited to, remote or isolated postal codes, missed delivery attempts, weekend delivery, storage fees, or additional delivery services.

Once an order has been released for shipment, changes to the products or delivery details cannot be accepted.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or destinations outside of Canada and the continental United States. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment from dispatch through delivery.
